межд. эк. вступительный пакет* (в рамках вступления страны во Всемирную торговую организацию: пакет документов, содержащих результаты переговоров о вступлении данной страны в ВТО и устанавливающих условия вступления; включает доклад рабочей группы о согласованных условиях вступления в ВТО и перечни обязательств страны по доступу на рынок товаров и услуг; пакет документов рассматривается и утверждается рабочей комиссией, после чего представляется на утверждение Генеральному совету ВТО; затем присоединяющаяся страна должна подписать протокол о присоединении, в котором указывается, что она одобряет вступительный пакет при условии его ратификации национальным парламентом; страна становиться полноправным членом ВТО по истечении 30 дней после получения Секретариатом ВТО извещения о ратификации вступительного пакета национальным парламентом)See: -
